Since our inception in 2008, KS&A has experienced continuous growth and development of its team. Our firm consists of 17 staff with dedicated accountants and business advisors with years of experience and success working with small to medium-sized owner-managed private businesses, and not-for-profit organizations.

Kinder Sidhu
Kinder SidhuCPA, CA, B.Com
Kinder was born in Powell River, BC and grew up on a farm in the majestic Fraser Valley. Kinder graduated from UBC with a Bachelor of Commerce degree in 1994, and obtained his CA designation in 1996. Prior to opening KS&A in 2008, Kinder was a senior manager at KPMG LLP.

Kinder provides accounting, tax, estate planning and other business advisory services to a wide range of owner/managed businesses. His clients value the knowledge and consulting skills he offers as part of his ongoing professional relationship with them.

Kinder enjoys playing hockey, golf, and traveling in his spare time.

Fred Grewal
Fred GrewalCPA, CGA
Born and raised in the Fraser Valley, Fred spent 17 years at Manning Elliot Chartered Accountants before joining KS&A in early 2012.

Fred runs the assurance and audit practice at KS&A. In addition, he provides tax and general advisory services to small and medium sized companies. Active in professional development, Fred mentors the junior team members to enhance their skill sets.

Fred enjoys working out at the gym and plays in various touch football leagues.
